What we do on site
Every visit ends with a signed one-page report and, where needed, a calibration certificate, handed over before we leave.
| Installation and commissioning | Mounting, sample line and analyzer start-up, data logger and connection to the online monitoring platform, hand-over to the plant. |

| Calibration | Zero and span with certified gases; SPM calibration against an accredited lab result; certificate the same day. |
| Breakdown and repair | Fault finding on analyzers, sample handling, coolers and data loggers; NDIR detector replacement and set-up. |
| Annual maintenance (AMC) | Planned preventive visits, spares planning, and a record of every visit and reading. |
| Data and IoT | Logger configuration, server connection checks and data gaps traced to their cause. |
Instruments we work on
Extractive gas analyzers (NDIR and others), dust monitors, flow meters and the sample systems around them, including Fuji Electric ZRE analyzers.
