StackLoom Monitor: live readings on any Windows PC.

Connect analyzers, flow meters and PLCs over Modbus and watch up to 50 parameters live, with limits, history and charts. No server, no cloud account, no browser address: it opens in its own window.

Every reading, kept

Values are saved every minute and summarised every hour, so you can look back at any channel from the last hour to the last month and print it.

Trends screen with a 24-hour SO2 chart and the latest, average, lowest and highest values — Trends: 1 hour to 30 days, with latest, average, lowest and highest values and gaps marked.

What it connects to

Any instrument that speaks Modbus: gas analyzers, dust monitors, flow meters, temperature transmitters and PLCs.

Channels	Up to 50, each with name, unit, range, scaling, offset, warning and alarm limits.
Connections	Modbus RTU over RS-485 (COM port) and Modbus TCP over Ethernet.
Data types	16- and 32-bit integers, 32-bit float, 64-bit double, with selectable byte order.
Registers	Input and holding registers. The program only reads; it never writes to an instrument.
Export	CSV that opens straight in Excel, and print or save any trend as PDF.
Runs on	Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). Listens on the PC itself only, so nothing is reachable from the network.

Live data

The plant view: from the stack, through the heat traced sample line, to the analyzer panel. The values here are demonstration data and move every two seconds; a real plant's data stays on the PC in the plant.

Stuck on a channel or a connection? Send us the setup, not a password. Nothing on the instrument is changed without your confirmation.

Copy the setupOpen the channel and press "Copy setup". It holds the connection, register, range and note in plain text.
Send it to usPaste it in an e-mail with a screenshot. Call for anything urgent.
Get a replyWe check the setup and tell you the fix, or arrange a remote session with your permission.

Common checks

No response	Cable, COM port, slave ID, baud rate and parity. The "Test read" button shows the reply.
Odd values	Data type and byte order. Change the byte order only if the test read gives nonsense.
Wrong scale	Multiplier and offset, applied in that order.
Licence	Copy the Machine ID from the licence window and send it with your site name.
