StackLoom Desk: from site visit to signed report.
A Windows desktop app for OCEMS service teams. It keeps every plant, analyzer, contract and contact in one place and turns each visit into the documents the customer and the pollution control board expect.
One visit, four steps
- Pick the plantAddress, contact person, analyzers, portal logins and the running contract fill in by themselves.
- Choose the visitCommissioning, preventive, breakdown or calibration; the right work list appears for that visit type.
- Tick and noteTick the work done, add readings, parts and remarks. Completion is calculated as you go.
- Hand over the PDFA one-page minutes of meeting with engineer signature and date, plus calibration certificates when needed.
Reports the plant can file
Every report is generated in a fixed, approved layout that does not change from one engineer to the next.
